Can my child wear pull-ups at naptime?

Appletree is not licensed for any type of diapers or pull-ups at any time. Once your child enters Appletree, he or she must be able to communicate the need to use the toilet with only an occasional accident if any.

What do you do if my child doesn’t make it in time to the toilet?

Appletree’s teachers will assist your child in changing clothes and putting soiled clothes into a bag to be taken home and laundered.

Do you wash the sheets and blankets that the preschoolers use?

The sheets and blankets are given to a parent every Friday to be taken home and laundered and returned on Monday.

If my child doesn’t like the lunch being served, may I bring one instead?

Appletree prefers that you encourage your child to try the lunch that is served to all preschoolers. Children will often try foods when at school that they otherwise would not.
