a. If a space is available you will be given a registration packet and a period of three days to make your decision of acceptance.
b. If no space is available, your name will be put on the waitlist and you will receive future registration information.- If you accept the available space, you will need to turn in all forms Contract, Licensing Registration Form, Emergency Card, Medical Information Form and any applicable fees by the third day.
Appletree understands the need to give your child’s current caregiver notice of withdrawal. We will hold your child’s space for up to three weeks until tuition begins to be billed to your account.
