Everyone at Appletree loves summer! Our 10 week Summer Camp program keeps summer campers busy and active and includes academics! Our summer camp revolves around weekly themes and always includes field trips and special assemblies. You will find campers digging up gemstones in gem mines, buying prizes with tickets won during Carnival Day, quacking like ducks during the DC DUC boat tour or trying to figure out how a magician sawed a lady in half. The campers and counselors from the first day of camp start preparing for the annual end of the camp Talent Show! The camp counselors also reinforce lessons taught throughout the year with the Academic Hour and Drop Everything and Read time.

The Academy Summer Camp is open to all interested families on a first come basis. We begin taking registration in March until each classroom is full.

Due to fall registrations which include the possibility of early summer placement, the preschool summer program is usually full. Please call to check for availability.
